We are seeking a morning teacher’s assistant who lives in our local area encompassing North Kitsap, Central Kitsap or Bainbridge Island.
Candidate should have experience with children in a classroom setting, a college background, and an understanding of early childhood development and Montessori.
The school offers full day classes during the school year and half day classes 4-6 weeks during the summer.
Responsibilities include assisting with classroom activities, supervision, and management, preparing and maintaining the classroom environment, and activities that help with the smooth running of the school.
Compensation is commensurate with qualifications. Past successful applicants have had four-year education degrees and classroom experience, and have stayed as long as six years.
